Return and Refund Policy

At Tree-D Canvas, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, due to the delicate nature of our handcrafted moss wall art, we have established specific return and refund policies.

Eligibility for Returns:

You are eligible for a full refund for unused and undamaged pre-made moss wall art products within 15 days of delivery.
Returned pre-made products must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
We cannot accept returns for used, damaged, or modified pre-made moss wall art products.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-made or personalized moss wall art products are not eligible for returns or refunds. Due to the bespoke nature of these creations, we unfortunately cannot accommodate returns once the design and production process begins.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: To initiate a return for a pre-made product, please contact us by email at [your email address] within the 15-day return window.

In your email, please include your order number and the reason for your return.

2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and issue you a return authorization number (RMA) along with return instructions.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

3. Ship the Product: Carefully pack the pre-made moss wall art product in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the return label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the product arising in transit. It is highly recommended that you insure your shipment or use a shipping service that offers insurance.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned pre-made product and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within [Number] business days.
